Shipping costs are based on a flat rate of $10.00 to any location in the Continental United States on orders under $75. Orders of $75 or more are eligible for free shipping within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii


For shipping to Alaska or Hawaii or to a foreign country, please contact  customerservice@auntsadiesonline.com for assistance.

refunds

  1. Refunds can be requested up to 14 days from receipt of shipment by the customer. Date of receipt or shipment is tracked and confirmed through the USPS tracking system.
  2. Refunds will be processed and posted within 1 week of receipt of the returned item by Aunt Sadie’s.
  3. Refunds will be posted to the customer’s original payment method used to pay for the item or an exchange of an equal value item.
  4. Items must be returned by the customer in original condition to be eligible for a refund.
  5. Refunds can be requested by customers by emailing gbriggs@auntsadiesinc.com or calling (802) 892-5267.
  6. Customers will pay for return shipping. No other charges will apply.
