We offer tiered flat-rate shipping within the Continental United States based on your order total:


Orders under $50 ship for $10.

Orders from $50-$99.99 ship for $11.50.

Orders from $100-$149.99 ship for $12.50.

Orders of $150 or more qualify for free shipping.


These shipping rates exclude Alaska and Hawaii.


For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or to a foreign country, please contact  customerservice@auntsadiesonline.comfor assistance.

refunds

  1. Refunds can be requested up to 14 days from receipt of shipment by the customer. Date of receipt or shipment is tracked and confirmed through the USPS tracking system.
  2. Refunds will be processed and posted within 1 week of receipt of the returned item by Aunt Sadie’s.
  3. Refunds will be posted to the customer’s original payment method used to pay for the item or an exchange of an equal value item.
  4. Items must be returned by the customer in original condition to be eligible for a refund.
  5. Refunds can be requested by customers by emailing customerservice@auntsadies.com or calling (802) 892-5267.
  6. Customers will pay for return shipping. No other charges will apply.
